Foster & Adoption Mission: The Caring Closet was created to support children entering foster care during one of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.
Many children are removed from their homes with little notice and very few personal belongings. Too often, they must carry their items in plastic or paper bags.
Our organization works to change that experience by providing duffle bags filled with essential necessities, hygiene products, clothing items, and comfort items to help children feel supported as they enter care.
In addition to our duffle bag program, we host Back-to-School Drives and Winter Coat Drives to support children and families throughout the year.
Our mission is to provide security, stability, and love to every child we serve, reminding them that they are not alone.

I started this organization from a place of compassion and a deep desire to support children and families in the foster and adoption community.
Every child deserves to feel valued, supported, and to know that someone cares, especially during times of transition.
What began as a career turned into a passion and commitment to serve our community with love, purpose, and intention.
My hope is that every child we reach feels seen, supported, and reminded that they matter.
